PAYMENTS: Singing Sand Properties accepts payments by Visa or Mastercard (via PayPal, contact us for
this option), Personal Check or Money Order. A payment of $500 is required within 5 days of making your
reservations. Final payment including $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Final
payment for June, July and August rentals are due by June 1. Upon receipt of your final payment Singing
Sand Properties will send you a final confirmation showing you are paid in full and will give you detailed
check-in instructions and directions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit required. Security deposits are refunded by mail within 30
days of your departure providing there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, disregarded
policies, or other items requiring deduction.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM or after and is accomplished per the instructions provided for
your rental.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Check-out by leaving the keys in the home and lock the door
behind you. Late check-outs will be charged $200.00 for each hour after 10 AM, to be taken from your
security deposit.
HOUSEKEEPING: Prior to your arrival, your accommodations are cleaned and set up with fresh bed and
bath linens, starter paper products and some cleaning supplies. Please remember to bring your own
beach towels. Singing Sand has on site laundry facilities. Please maintain the property in a clean and
sanitary condition at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Before June 1st we will refund 50% of your deposit. After June 1st you will
forfeit 100% (less your security deposit)
